&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cucharadas de miso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;(pasta de soja fermentada)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cucharadita de azúcar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cucharadita de sal&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 bloque de tofu, aproximadamente 450g &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;(cortado en pequeños cubos)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cucharada de maizena &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;(harina de maiz)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cucharadita de aceite de sésamo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 tazas de arroz cocido&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Elaboración:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt; Comienza cocinando el arroz cocido. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt; Mezcla el miso, el azúcar, el sake, la sal, y el preparado de sopa de pollo en un pequeño tazón y dejado de lado. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;  Calienta el aceite y el ajo en un wok, el jengibre, y la cebolleta con  el tobanjan y cocínalo todo durante aproximadamente 5 minutos. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt; Añade la carne de cerdo en el wok y saltéalo a fuego medio hasta que cambie de color. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;  Vierte la mezcla del condimento anterior en el wok y llévalo a  ebullición. Añade los cubos de tofu y cuécelo a fuego lento durante  aproximadamente 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;Mezcla 1 cucharada de agua con la maizena y añádelo all wok. Muévelo con cuidado para no romper el tofu y para el fuego. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt; Vierte el aceite de sésamo sobre el mabo dofu. Enrolla el tofu con papel de cocina,  pon encima una tabla de cortar para escurrir toda la humedad. Déjalo así  durante 30 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt; Corta las zanahoria y las setas shiitake en tiras finas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt; Hierve la zanahoria y la seta de shiitake durante unos minutos y escúrrelas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;Hierve la espinaca y escúrrela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt; Corta la espinaca hervida en trozos del tamaño de un bocado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt; Muele las semillas de sésamo tostadas y mezclalo con la salsa de soja y el azúcar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt; Añade el tofu y remueve bien. Añade también las verduras y las setas. font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;  Envuelve el tofu en servilletas de papel, ponlo sobre una tabla de  cortar y sobre él coloca otra tabla o un plato pesado, deja que se  asiente durante aproximadamente 15 minutos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt; Exprime el tofu con un paño de algodón para escurrir del todo el exceso de agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;Hierve brevemente la zanahoria en agua hirviendo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;  Coloca el tofu en un tazón grande y tritúralo con una batidora o  trituradora hasta que quede bien fino. Añade la zanahoria, el shiitake,  el yamaimo, el huevo, las semillas de sésamo y la harina en el tofu  triturado y mezcla todo bien. Añade la sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;  Pon abundante aceite en una sarten a fuego fuerte hasta que esté bien  caliente. Con la mezcla de tofu forma pequeños ovalos. Fríelos hasta que  cojan una tonalidad marrón oro, sácalos y escurre el aceite sobrante en  papel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Sirve con salsa de soja y el jengibre rallado a un lado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333;
