Corta la cebolla en rebanadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;  Calienta una cazuela profunda con un pelín de aceite y saltea la carne. También dales la vuelta con cuidado para  que se cuezan bien por todos lados. &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El Shabu shabu es un plato que se prepara directamente en la mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Es necesario un recipiente de tamaño medio lleno de caldo dashi hirviendo, que se coloca en el centro de la mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Cada comensal coge con sus palillos uno de los ingredientes, que se presentan en una bandeja.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El ingrediente se introduce en el agua hirviendo y se remueve rápidamente.&lt;/span&gt; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Elaboración:&lt;br /&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Pela y corta las patatas, la zanahoria, la cebolla y la carne en trozos pequeños y las judías verdes en tiras finas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;2.&lt;/b&gt; Pon el aceite en una cacerola y fríe la carne y luego la cebolla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3.&lt;/b&gt; Añade la zanahoria y las papas y fríelo todo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;4.&lt;/b&gt;  Añade el agua y los demás ingredientes (azúcar, sake, mirin, salsa de  soja) y dejalo cocer durante 20 ó 30 minutos, hasta que las patatas y la  zanahoria queden tiernas. Calienta un poco de aceite en un sartén grande y fríe la carne de cerdo  a fuego medio hasta que quede dorada por todos los lados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;  Pon la carne sobre papel absorvente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt; En una cazuela honda pon el sake, la salsa de soja y el azúcar, llévalo a ebullición a fuego alto. Apaga el fuego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;Añade  la carne de cerdo, el jengibre y la cebolleta en la cazuela. Vierte  bastante agua caliente para cubrir la carne y llévalo de nuevo a  ebullición a fuego fuerte. Baja el fuego y cuece a fuego lento la carne  durante aproximadamente una hora o hasta que quede tierna. Quita  cualquier espuma o grasa que se eleva a la superfície.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;Apaga  el fuego y deja que se enfríe la carne dentro de la sopa durante un par  de horas. Añade la cebolla  a la cazuela y cuézela a fuego lento durante unos minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt; Pon el tonkatsu en trozos en la cazuela y déjalo cocer a fuego lento durante unos minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt; Bate los huevos en un tazón. Hierve la sopa y vierte los huevos sobre el tonkatsu y la cebolla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;Baja el fuego y ponle una tapa. Después de 1 minuto apaga el fuego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Servir el arroz caliente cocido en un cuenco profundo. Pon la mezcla encima del arroz.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;*Ingredientes Tonkatsu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;(cerdo empanado)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;1 Unidad de  Huevo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Harina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;4 Chuletas de Cerdo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Un poquito de Panko&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt; (miga de pan)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;1/4 de cucharadita de  Pimienta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;1/2 cucharadita de Sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Elaboración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;Prepara  la carne que luego empanaremos, cortando los extremos por diferentes  sitios y luego sazonándolas con un poco de sal y pimienta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;Pásalas por harina, por el huevo batido y tras ello las cubrimos de panko, para acabar de rebozarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;  Con una buena cantidad de aceite ya caliente en la sartén y a fuego  alto, comenzamos a freír las chuletas y cuando estén doradas les damos  la vuelta. font-weight: bold;"&gt;Elaboración:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;Corta todos los ingredientes en trozos del tamaño de un mordedura.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;Arregla todos los ingredientes sobre un plato grande y coloca el plato en la mesa.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt; Mezcla la salsa de soja, el sake, el azúcar, y la taza de sopa para hacer salsa sukiyaki. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;Pon un recipiente caliente o la parrilla de gas en la mesa. El Sukiyaki es un plato que se prepara en la mesa.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt; Primero se dora el pollo con un poco de aceite, luego se añade la salsa sukiyaki.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;  Añade el resto de ingredientes cuando la salsa comience a hervir. &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt; Mezcla el jengibre o el ajo, la salsa de soja, y el sake en un tazón.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333; font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;Marina el pollo en la salsa durante 30 minutos.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: #333333;
